No Cash Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds for returned merchandise. Instead, we offer store credit or exchanges for eligible items.

Store Credit
Customers returning items will receive store credit applied to their account. Store credit can be used for future purchases at Bella Sevyn. Store credit does not have an expiration date and can be used at any time.

Eligible Items for Store Credit or Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges on items that meet the following conditions:

• The item is in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and labels.
• The item has not been worn, used, altered, or damaged.

Some items, such as clearance or final sale items, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description or ask a store associate for clarification.

Exchange Process
Customers can exchange eligible items for items of equal or lesser value. If the exchanged item has a lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit. If customers wish to exchange for an item of higher value, they are responsible for paying the price difference.

Return Period
Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for store credit or exchange.

Returns without a valid receipt may be accepted at our discretion, and store credit may be issued based on the current selling price of the item.

Special Circumstances
Defective items will be eligible for an exchange, return, or store credit. We do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable goods, intimate apparel, or personalized/customized items unless they are defective. 

Identification Requirement
A valid order and delivery confirmation may be required for all returns and exchanges, especially for returns that fall under defective items.

Store Credit Usage
Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase gift cards.
Store credit can be used in-store or online.

Policy Changes
Bella Sevyn reserves the right to modify or change this policy at any time without prior notice.
